Desmond Landscape Contractors guarantees to supply you with healthy, vigorous plants. Your job is to keep the plants well watered and fertilized. Even with mutual efforts, unfortunately living plants will occasionally fail.

Unless agreed upon otherwise, all plants furnished and installed by Desmond Landscape Contractors will be guaranteed for one year from date of installation. The following conditions must be met:

• Proper watering and maintenance

Plants that die as a result of something beyond our control such as extreme weather, chemicals, vandalism, pets, wild animal damage and acts of God, etc. will not be covered with this guarantee.

Any plant that fails to live within the first year will be replaced with the same size and variety of plant that was originally installed.  We will return one time only after the end of guarantee period.

We reserve the right to prune and fertilize any plant that in our opinion is not dead, we will then extend the guarantee for that plant until it either responds or is replaced by us.

We will replace dead plants only one time. Replacements are not guaranteed.

Transplanted plants are not guaranteed.

We will not install any replacements if there is an outstanding balance due from the original work.
